Urgent - Access denied problem

Hi All,
Used SUS to update SBS2K3 Premium with the latest updates. After reboot had
major problems with DNS, Kerberos, DHCP, etc not starting. Also couldn't do
a System State restore even though I could restore other data.
Finally decided to do a repair of the Windows installation and all went
well. Had some errors on start up but no show stoppers that I know of.
Anyway, clients can logon but the logon script does not run. When they log
off it can't find where to save the profile to. They can access e-mail and
Internet but they cannot access the mapped drives on the server.
Permissions look good too but I desperately need help.
TIA
