Spurious TermDevServices Event 1111

I keep getting this "Critical event" 1111 - Driver ActiveTouch Document
Loader required for printer ActiveTouch Document Loader is unknown
I know what is causing it, and it is in fact not critical, so I want to be
able to ignore it. ActiveTouch Document Loader is a pseudo print driver used
by the Webex conferencing software. It is installed on the PC I use to
administer the SBS via remote desktop, and the "critical event" occurs every
time I start a remote desktop session.
Googling this topic, I found contradictory or what seems like potentially
risky suggestions. So my question is, how can I configure the event logging
to ignore a specific, predictable event? Or, if that is not possible,
configure the SBS Server Performance Report generator to ignore this event?
If none of that is possible, it appears I should be able to configure SBS
with a dummy .inf entry , the entry being
Driver ActiveTouch Document Loader = ""
However, I'm not sure where and how to create this entry safely. I'm
comfortable editing the registry, but only when I know exactly what it is
that I'm editing and why.
TIA for any good pointers.
