Did you run the CEIW and choose the correct FGQN when it asks to create a
certificate? If the client computer is not joined to the domain using
connectcomputer wizard you will always see this warning when importing a
certificate. The reason that you did not see this behaviour on other server
is because those had OWA configured without the use of certificates.

The reason that you see a yellow ! in "The name on the security certificate
is invalid or does not
match the name on the site" is probably that you did not type in the same
FQDN as the one entered in the CEIW on the server.
