SBS 2003 Backup Fails

I am getting intermittent backup failures.
I have used the wizard in server management to configure my backups.
Sometimes it work, sometimes not.
I have checked and all of my SQL databases are of type "Simple"
I will include the log of a failure.
Any Ideas?
