Hi Sean and Jerry,
I am experiencing exactly the same problem. I didn't see a final resolution
on how you handled it. Any suggestions?
In response to Jerry's questions:
1. They are POP3 Global mailboxes. I think that I have to use a global
mailbox to route messages to a mail-enabled public folder. Is that correct?
2. Yes. There are two mail enabled public folders and the automatic update
is unchecked. The two mail enabled public folders have the different
"primary" email addresses as you state.
3. Yes. All the external email sent to "admin" in either domain ends up in
one mailbox.
4. Futher, when I "preserve original email address", the email has the
appropriate domain name. When I uncheck "preserve original emal address",
the email ends up with the single domain name.
5. Both domains are listed in a single default recipient policy.
Thanks.
