If you follow the instructions on how to setup RPC over HTTP found in the
RWW site (on the right side of the main page) you will end up with a single
outlook profile. Outlook will connect using RPC over HTTP and you will not
see a bit of a difference (when you are inside the LAN it will act normally
and when you are outside you have to enter the password).
Also, I'm not sure why you see different things on both profiles... but I
recommend you export the 2nd one to PST and import it back on the 1st one.
