I tried your suggestion and received the following error msg. This occurred
before step 12. And it did not ask me to restart my computer in step 13.
"An error occurred copying files for the administration component. See
c:\program files/Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business
Server2003\logs\SBSMSI-Admin.log for the list of files that were not copied."
Also I went to the event viewer and saw this message when I tried another
newsgroup person's suggestion. Their suggestion was to type mmc in the run
command prompt to start the console viewer. This error message was under
Application in the event viewer.
"Windows Small Business Server Admin - Error 1231. The installer has
insufficent provileges to modify this file: c:\Documnent and
Settings\AllUsers\Application
data\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\administration\mysbsconsole.msc
