RE: Backup issues after changing administrator name

Brandy, I checked your instructions and I did change the admin name properly.
The volume shadow copy service was stopped and on manual, so I started it and
turned it to automatic, then reran backup. I still got a failed backup
report. I am pasting below the complete event log as per your instructions.
As I mentioned, it is fairly long.
