Hi Charles,
Thanks for all the help.
This problem has been resolved as being a problem on the ISP's news server
as suggested.
Should have checked with them first, but since all was fine at the time I
started SBS2003 installation, I assumed the problem to be with SBS2003
setup.
An expensive oversight. Proves again, do not assume anything.
