Bonjour Ivan!

While having a static IP is definitely desirable... its not really a
requisite. I host my own mail (using SMTP) and access my server remotely
using a dynamic IP. You need a Dynamic DNS service (like www.dyndns.org
which is free) for that. Check this out:

Now comes the bad news-> Your problem is not that you have a dynamic IP, but
that your ISP is only giving you a private IP (10.x.x.x range). In that case
you really have no options I can think of (unless they give you a public IP
address). Are you sure that's the IP of the public side of your DSL? Many
DSL modems are also routers... so you might be talking about the internal
IP.
