I found that at most of our client sites after one day of spam notification they wanted it turned off. That is our default configuation now.

Hello Everybody,
On an SBS2003 Premium with TrendMicro CSM 4 SMB, Trend is setup for
"default" filtration of spam and to notify recipients.
The problem is that when a spam email arrives, the administrator will send a
notification to all recipients including the ones outside the directory.
TrendMicro Support does not have a solution this.
This turns out to be a problem when the spammer puts the recipients in To or
Cc, when Bc there's no problem. When this happens I find the server sending
hundreds of notifications to outside recipients and of course I get lots of
error messages & I don't want to get blacklisted.
I'd like to keep the notifications sent to the internal recipients as some
valid emails get filtered, and dealing with up to 600 spam emails a day,
sending them to one email is not feasible.
Is there a way of blocking the administrator email account from sending
messages to recipients outside the directory, I know of receiving from
"authenticated users" but I need same for sending.
Your input is much appreciated.
Daniel
