Re: Server Down, Need Help



Yes I can browse and ping the modem with both the wireless connection and
from the server. I can log into the DSL modem from both the wireless and LAN
connection. All of the settings in the modem appear the same as they were
before with the exception of the LAN address from the modem which is a change
I made. In the previous setup the LAN address of the DSL modem was
192.168.0.1, the routers LAN address was 192.168.1.1. I hope I didn't
mislead anyone but I have always been able to access the Modem from both the
wireless and LAN connections, the problem is when I try to get onto the
internet with the server it doesn't go out. I have done several shutdowns
and restarts of both the modem and server to no avail.
