Licensing wizard not showing

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I tried to reinstall SBS in order to get the licensing wizard to show.
However, I get the following error msg: "snap in failed to initialize". I
noticed that the setup for SBS was not completed by our consultant, so I
tried it myself. When the todo list displayed, I click on the button next
to add licenses but nothing happened.

I looked on this newsgroup where a msft rep suggested to run mmc from the
run command. I tried this also but I got the same error message.

Do I need to install from the beginning? Do I have a bad installation disk?
Can I call MSFT for support?
