RDT on LAN takes 15 min to close

SBS 2003 network, all XP Pro SP2 workstations, two weeks old, all patched
and AV'd. Server in locked room. When required, one of the staff uses Remote
Desktop to access the server console. Everything great until he logs off -
the session takes up to 15 mins to disconnect, all the while the screen
shows the "Logging Off" box. Tried another workstation - same issue.
Researched Web - found other posts about this but no resolution. Access
from Internet fine. Any ideas?
