Not that I'm aware of, no.
If it was using a standard port (80/443) and you were using ISA server - you
could restrict your web publishing rule for the companyweb site to only
apply to the Remote Web Workplace users group - which would requre
additional authentication before accessing the page. However, since
companyweb uses the non-standard 444, ISA is using a server publishing rule
which doesn't give you the option to restrict by user.
