Yes, though whether they could get this via MSDN I don't know. Its
called a migration pack, and basically frees up the CALs (giving them
the relevant CALs for the products they need), and then gives them
access to W2k3 Standard, and the non-SBS editions of the rest of the
suite.
I have never gone down this route.
