Welcome to the SBS newsgroup.
As your description, I understand that your primary email address will
return to the original one after a couple of days. If it is not your
concerns please let me know.
Generally speaking, if you uncheck that choice the primary address will not
change. In order to isolate the issue, please help gather the information
below:
1. It occurred to all the user accounts or only one user?
2. If you create a new user does this issue still exist?
3. Did you create any new customer recipient policy on SBS 2003 or
only have a default recipient policy on the SBS 2003
4. Did you set up any filter opinion in the recipient policy?
