Hi
You could setup monitoring of all emails.
Setup an account, say Admin2 (make sure you give it a password) give boss
full access. Configure properties of mailbox store to ' archive all messages
' to admin2. (right mouse click mailbox store in exchange system manager,
properties and then messages)
Add this mailbox into boss outlook, then hide admin2 from global address
list.
This way boss will see all emails sent and recd.
Accessing users mailboxes he will allow users to see emails marked as read
unless he ' unreads ' them.
Must tell boss to empty frequently as this account can grow quite large. Of
course he can save any emails he thinks need be.
