Welcome to the SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, I understand that you want to know detailed
information of the remote control tab in the user properties opinion. If I
am off base, please let me know.
Generally speaking, this tab is used to enable the Administrator role on
the sessions. If you choose the interact with the session, this user's
session can be actively controlled by your keyboard and mouse, VNC is
Virtual Network Computing which is used to monitor the remote session. As
your convenience, you can also use the shadow command to monitor the remote
