Hardware upgrade - 2 questions

Hello, we are planning to do a hardware upgrade to replace our current
SBS2003 box. It's a "beige box" server whose time has come...and gone!

I have two questions:

1. Is there a recommendation for buying an off-the-shelf server? (Dell
Poweredge, IBM, HP?) We are a small company (4 users). If no brand
recommendations, what are some things we should make sure we specify?

2. We have an OEM version of SBS2k3 installed currently. (Box was built
and setup by a computer consulting company). Will we be able to migrate to a
new server? I've heard that we will have to purchase SBS2k3 again in order
to upgrade our hardware. Is this correct? Can we use what we have if we
start with a fresh load on the new box?

Thanks a lot for the help!
