Hi Dan,

The most common cause of that behaviour is some corrupted compressed files.
There has been a fix out for quite a while, so I'm presuming this is a new
installation? In that case, there are a number of updates to be applied
before you're ready to go.

Run Windows Update on the SBS first - and install all the critical updates.
Then go to the sbs downloads page:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/downloads/default.mspx

You'll most likely want most of the items there.

The specific fix for your posted issue is this one:

Fix Outlook Web Access Pages Display Issues
Install this update to resolve page rendering problems or access issues with
Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
6.0.

You need this fix installed prior to installing Exchange SP1.

There's a list of things to do in the following thread, but unfortunately
it's a bit dated. It will get you way closer than you might be now, though.
We really do need SBS SP1 soon ;-).
