Thanks for your reply.

The decision to deploy a second server was taken because of some disasters
that occurred the last time we moved office. I agree its expensive, but we
want safety.

I intend to make a big migration at the end of this week, and my question is
really: once I transfer a huge set of data, can I then keep the two servers
synchronized, or will I have to do a second migration on the move date to
ensure that users' mailboxes are transferred completely?
