VPN Connection to remote site.

I need to connect a remote office, and their printers to our head office via
VPN. The remote office contains 3 PC's and an HP Jet Direct 3 parallel port
print server with three printers hanging off it.
The main office will need to print to the remote office's printers and
visa-versa.
Currently, we have SBS2003 in the head office (with 5 users) (2 NIC's & ISA)
and both offices are running XP Pro.
Would I need a hardware VPN solution for this or can SBS2003 cope? I have
managed to connect the remote workstations with no problems, but I can't
figure out how to connect the remote printers to SBS2003.
Many thanks.
Richard
