Critical Errors in File Replication Service Log

I received this error in my daily server performance report after I did a
"forklift" sbs 2K3 migration to new server hardware. The Server runs fine
except an occasional "delay" that comes and goes (2-10 second delay that
occurs when I make a request of the OS - usually just after startup or when
running a process for the first time) - this delay is however not so much a
problem but a slight nuissance and does not seem to affect background network
services to a noticeable level once the server is up and running.
Anyway, I was wondering if this above stated Error, my ONLY critical error
that I receive in my server performance report, has anything to do with this
delay AND I wanted to know if anyone has seen it before and knows the process
of correcting it. Thank you in advance for any assistance given!
The Error Report:
NtFrs 13559 4/9/2005 11:48 PM 2
Occurances
The File Replication Service has detected that the replica root path has
changed from "c:\windows\sysvol\domain" to "c:\windows\sysvol\domain". If
this is an intentional move then a file with the name
NTFRS_CMD_FILE_MOVE_ROOT needs to be created under the new root path. This
was detected for the following replica set: "DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL
SHARE)" Changing the replica root path is a two step process which is
triggered by the creation of the NTFRS_CMD_FILE_MOVE_ROOT file. [1] At the
first poll which will occur in 60 minutes this computer will be deleted from
the replica set. [2] At the poll following the deletion this computer will be
re-added to the replica set with the new root path. This re-addition will
trigger a full tree sync for the replica set. At the end of the sync all the
files will be at the new location. The files may or may not be deleted from
the old location depending on whether they are needed or not.
Sincerely,
Peter
