SWAP SBS to a new server / new hardware

Hello,

does anyone have any good and tested ;-) guide / experince for transfering
an SBS2003 std. to new hardware?

We set up a system at one of our clients' which they wanted to test - and
now they're happy and would like to keep using it... Just with more reliable
hardware.
