Thank you for posting here and many thanks for John's knowledge sharing.

Please go ahead to try John's suggestion. If the problem persists, please contact the anti-virus software
provider to know which port they're using.

If the software has been installed on client computers, you must: a) Create a new protocol definition; b)
Create a new protocol rule to allow the traffic from your client computers.

If the software has been installed on the SBS Server, you must create a new packet filter for the SBS
machine.

If there's any update, please feel free to post back.
