Hello Neil,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that your client sometimes get the error information "The page
cannot be displayed" when browse to companyweb.
I need to gather some more detailed error information from you for the
research.
1. Do always the same users or computers fail to access companyweb?
2. When they cannot access http://companyweb, can they access RWW and OWA?
https://servername/remote
https://servername/exchange
3. When did the issue begin to occur, after you installed certain software
on the server or clients?
4. On the server, run "ipconfig /all" and paste the output here.
5. On one of the problematic client, run "ipconfig /all" and paste the
output here.
6. In the server and problematic client workstation, run "eventvwr" and
check if there is any error events on the server or client. If so, please
paste to me.
Thanks for your time. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
