Yes there is a wizard to create the CSR and its very easy to use. Run the
CEICW and stop on the certificate section, then press help and read the
instructions... they will guide you step by step on how to generate the CSR.
After you have the CSR just submit it to your cert issuer (I suggest
godaddy.com, pretty cheap!), get the .crt file back and import it using the
same CEICW screen.
