I hate to start with the obvious... but are you forwarding ports 80 and 443 to the server?

Been trying to properly setup Remote Access on SBS2003. Currently able to access within the network utilizing the direct IP address to Server network adapter 192.168.1.105/remote and get the proper page for logging into the server.
However, when I try this same approach outside of the network from another location (ie. home) I can't even get the login page to display, it's a Cannot Find Server error.
What do I need to modify to accurately login to the server remotely, meaning outside the office. I've tried a few variations to no success. It has a wireless router that acts as the DHCP server.
