Hi Marc,
It's right to have the data file on the server, but the quickbooks
application itself needs to be installed an run from a workstation,
connecting to the data on the server. I don't know anything about
Quickbooks, but if you want multiple users to access the same data file, at
the same time, you'll need a multi-user version.
If you want to allow multiple users, but only one at the same time, then
they can share the workstation with the application. (With RWW, they could
access this workstation remotely - if that's a consideration).
