Terminal Server exceeded max. # message

When I log on to the server, getting a Logon Message:

"The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections."

I think there are only about 3 right not logged in while I'm testing. How do
I increase this amount to something higher so users or myself don't get this
message.
