Moving mailboxes between SBS2003 domains

Hi,
My company's server is currently SBS2003, and working well.
We are moving geographically, and I am charged with setting up the new
office. We are going for a "clean install" approach, in which we will have a
brand new SBS server and domain, and brand new workstations.
I'd like your advice on the best way to move user's existing mailboxes to
the new server. I can think of the following:
1. In Outlook, export to a .pst and then import it on each user's workstation
2. Use File and Settings Transfer Wizard, and transfer only files
As far as I can see, the "Move Mailboxes" feature in Exchange Server won't
work for me as SBS2003 won't trust any other domains.
Thanks in advance for any help!
.
