The router will have two sets of DNS entries:
Those it gets from the ISP on it's external interface and
Those it gives to DHCP clients.
In most commodity routers the two will be the same and quite possibly not
controllable. (ie. the DHCP server on the router will always hand out the
DNS servers it uses on it's external interface.) This is one reason why you
should disable DHCP on the router and let SBS do it.
The control on the router for DNS is probably only control of the external
DNS entries. If you point them to SBS you'll lose your internet connection
(probably).
