Windows Server 2003 SP1 is supported on Windows Small Business Server 2003,
but there are some known integration issues. With the Windows Server SP1
installed, customers may encounter the known issues and our recommendation
is to be patient with the issue and wait for Windows Small Business Server
2003 SP1 or un-install Windows Server 2003 SP1 and wait for Windows Small
Business Server 2003 SP1, which includes Windows Server SP1.

For your case, it is a known issue after installing the Windows Server 2003
SP1. Please reinstall fax service to see if the problem can be resolved. To
do that:

1. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Change/Remove Programs.

2. Select Windows Small Business Server 2003, click Change/Remove.

3. You are in the Microsoft Windows Small Business Server Setup Wizard,
click Next.

4. Go to Component Selection Window, set the Action ¡°Remove¡± for Fax
Service.

5. When you finishing Removing Fax Service, repeat step 1, 2, 3 again and
¡°Install¡± Fax Service.

6. Finish rest of the part.
