Hello Tim,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you have made some changes on Web Sites in IIS. I need to
gather some information for researching.
1. Please run CEICW again to see if the problem can be resolved. Please see
the KB article for step by step procedure:
825763 How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825763
2. Does the issue occur when you access the OWA internally or externally?
If it is the latter, can you login OWA internally? Or can you access OWA
through RWW?
3. If this issue still occurs, what is the detailed error information?
Please run "eventvwr.msc" to event log and paste me all the relate error
information to me.
4. May I know what change you made to Web Sites in IIS?
Thanks for your time. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
