Here's everything you need to move the growth (data) items onto a separate
disk/partition.

The paper contains instructions for moving:

Users Shared Folders (command line)
Sharepoint Databases (command line)
Monitoring Databases (command line)
Sent Faxes (wizard)

For moving Exchange logs and database (GUI), and Clientapps (regedit
required), there are no instructions - the KB articles are referenced.
