OT: Trend SMTP setting

Hi,

I'm running Trend SMB. Exchange Best Practices Analyzer tells me that I have
two problems, neither critical, but I'd like to resolve them nonethe less.
One is that I have insufficient VSI threads, but when I look for more info,
BPA gives me a Can't display page error. Anyone know how to increase this
setting? Two is that I'm duplicate-scanning SMTP mail. I remember seeing
this in Trend, but I'm unable to locate it. Anyone know where this setting
is?
