Thanks for your kind response.
As for this situation, I would like to recommend that you delete the
offline address, to do so:
Open EMS -> recipients -> offline address lists, right click on the default
global address list, select delete.
Then check if the issue still persists.
If the issue does not occur, please recreate the offline address list, to
do so:
In the some window, right click on the blank area, select new -> offline
address list, follow the instruction, in the new object window, remove the
default address list, add "all users".
Then, check if the issue is resolved. If not, please check the event log to
see what time the error was recorded.
