Hi Steven,
Can you reinstall the Companyweb from the SBS setup, reinstall the Intranet
and try again? On what port is that other website running? What is running
on it? Anything in the eventlogs? I would not remove IIS as that will have
very big consequences. Reinstall of DNS is not necessary.
