Help - Can't Get Software to Put Calendar on my Pocket PC

I have just purchased a Sprint PPC-6600. So far I can get Explorer to work on
go to websites. I can also sync Outlook Tasks. Here is what I can't do When
connected to my PC I cannot sync Mail, Schedule, and Contacts. Remotely, I
cannot do any of those three as well as tasks. I get either the errors
Interent_55 or http_403.

Not exactly user friendly. I have SBS 2003, activesync 3.8, windows mobile
2003.
