Hi Brandon,
Thank you for posting here.
First of all, please check the RAS and IAS Servers membership:
1. Open ADU&C.
2. Double-click the Users folder, and then double-click the RAS and IAS Servers security group.
3. Select the members tab.
4. Make sure that the RRAS server is in the list. Otherwise, add the computer to the members list.
Then, please check the account settings for the user who tried to logon to the VPN Server.
1. Open ADU&C.
2. Go to Domainname/MyBusiness/Users/SBSUsers.
3. Double click the username who encountered the problem.
4. Click Account tab.
5. Make sure that the user's password has not been expired and make sure that the "User must change password at next logon" has not been
checked.
6. Click the Dial-in tab.
7. Make sure that "Deny access" has not been chosen.
8. Click the Member of tab.
9. Make sure that he is a member of the "Mobile Users" group.
Then, let's check the RRAS.
1. Open Routing and Remote Access.
2. Click Remote Access Policies.
3. Double click the "Small Business Remote Access Policy" in the right pane.
4. Make sure that "Windows-Groups matches "domainname\SBS Mobile Users"" has been granted remote access permission.
If the problem persists, please check whether you're able to logon as a different user from the problematic computer. Please also let me know
whether you're able to find any error message on the Windows XP client Event Viewer.
I hope the above info helps and I look forward to your update.
