I have already done this, but it doesn't make a difference. The main issue
here is that when the user is added as a contact into anyone's Outlook, it is
not using the correct email address. It shows EX instead of SMTP in the
Address book, while all of the other users (which were set up the same) show
SMTP. The email address is the same as the local domain. I can't understand
why these particular users are different from the others.
When you send an email to one of these users using the contact in Outlook,
it fails.
Any other ideas? Would caching Exchange create this issue?
