I got the client installed, as I said. I just don't agree with methodology.
Not user friendly. What happens next is that the client won't connect to
the fax server and it gets the message, "Connection Error". (XP SP1)
Subsequent to this, I did get it all to work, by joining the domain. I
DIDN'T want to do that. I also had it push out the client to the W/S, but it
wouldn't do that unless I made the user an ADMINISTRATOR on the local W/S.
What good is making the user a USER or POWER USER (i.e. limiting the user -
which is almost always a good idea) if you can't push out the software?
