Hi John,

Thank you for posting here.

To check the Faxes settings, please follow these steps.

1. Logon as an Administrator of Companyweb.
2. Click Incoming Faxes from the left pane.
3. Click Modify settings and columns from the left pane.
4. Click All Documents under "Views".
5. Expand Item Limit by clicking the plus sign (+).
6. Check whether the "Number of items to display" has been set to 10. If
this is the point, please configure it to a higher value. (The default
value is 100).

If the problem persists, please test whether this issue happens on all
document folders (such as "General Documents") to isolate the root cause of
this issue.
