Hi JL,
Thank you for the update and I'm glad that ntbackup works now.
For the media library issue, I recommend you to contact the hardware
provider to check whether there's a new driver for the device.
Please also monitor the backup for a few more days. If it work properly, I
think we can leave the non-function one alone.
