Thanks a lot for the reply. I didn't know where else to go with my
questions. I'm just trying to learn as I go. I definitely take a look at
my POP3 configuration like you suggested. I have found that e-mail does
seem to be sending and receiving ok to people outside our company. I still
feel like I'm not getting everything, but I could just be paranoid. Also,
it seems that with the POP3 connector it takes awhile to get everything
because of the 15 minute schedule. Is there a way to change this so its
quicker, or do I need to switch to SMTP for that?
As for not being able to send e-mails to other people that in my
company, I guess that makes sense. I was just trying to set up one account
so I could learn about it and learn how Outlook behaves so I could get
somewhat efficient at changing all the users accounts. Looks like I either
need to switch everyone to the POP3 or to the SMTP. If I wanted to switch
to SMTP can you give me an hints or helpful ways to start.

Thanks again,
Mike
