Hi,

Thanks for posting here.

>From the description, I understand that you encounter some problem with the
shared fax. If I'm off base, please let me know.

Based on my research, this issue can be caused by the corrupt outlook
profile. So, I would like to suggest that you create new profiles for
clients.

Generally, if you connect the workstation to a SBS domain with the
connectcomputer wizard, an outlook profile named sbsdefault.prf will be
added to the workstation and set it as default. And the profile will be
stored in the folder ''C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Clients'' (or ''\\ServerName\clients\Setup'' if the folder is not
created on the client), and %FaxTransport% is replaced with either MSFax XP
(for Windows XP) or SHAREDFAX XP (for Windows 2000).

So, I would recommend that you remove all the Outlook Profile and then
create the SBS 2K3 Outlook profile. To do so:

1. Please make sure Outlook is closed.

2. Open control panel, mail, click show profiles button. Then you can
remove profiles.

3. Locate to '\\SBS2003Server\clients\Setup', double click sbsdefault.prf,
this will automatically create the outlook profile with the correct
settings (which also include the FAX Transport) for the corresponding
domain user

If you have any concern on this thread, I am glad to be of further
assistance. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
