What version of BackupExec? The latest 10.0? or hopefully nothing
earlier than 9.0.

I believe that in the job settings there is a checkbox under "Tools |
Options | Settings | Preferences" that you can clear so that you are not
prompted.

If that does not work, then you can go to "Tools | Alert Categories."
Selec the media overwrite category, and then select to automatically
clear the alert after a given time interval (such as 5 minutes) and to
automatically respond "Yes."
