unable to start exchange information store

HI,
Due to some problems concerning the remote web workplace i decided to redo
the connect to the internet wizard in SBS2003

as a result the remote webworkplace works like a dream

However when the server restarted I now have a problem with the microsoft
exchange server

the information store service does not start
The microsoft exchange information service terminated with service specific
error 0(0x0)
error event id 7024

anyone an idea on how i can get that service restarted
