Thanks for posting back.
Regarding the issue, I'd like to check with you if you can access OWA or
RWW from the server console or a client workstation using
http://servername/exchange or http://servername/remote. If you can, then it
must be the router issue and I suggest you replace your router. If you even
cannot access the sites internally, you surely cannot access them from the
Internet. If this is the case, please let me know what happens if you
access http://servername? When did the issue begin to occur, after you
installed or uninstalled certain software or hardware?
